DESCRIPTION

A flooring solution that enhances abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and provides stronger adhesion by covering the surface of sandwich panels with quartz sand-coated FRP sheets. The flooring can handle both cold chain and ambient temperature cargo transportation.

Abrasion Resistance

The FRP sheets covered with quartz sand exhibit extremely high abrasion resistance, effectively resisting friction generated during vehicle movement and loading/unloading, extending the floor’s lifespan.

Anti-slip Performance

The gravel surface design provides excellent anti-slip properties, especially in rainy or slippery environments, effectively preventing goods from sliding and ensuring vehicle safety.

Corrosion Resistance

The FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) surface layer possesses excellent corrosion resistance, remaining undamaged for extended periods even in harsh environments (such as moisture, salt water, or chemicals).

Enhanced Load Capacity

Thanks to the robust plywood core and reinforced FRP outer layer, the floor provides additional load-bearing capacity, suitable for heavy-duty transport, reducing the risk of deformation or damage due to excessive load.
